This form IS TO BE USED ONLY for the cast and crews of I Remember Mama. The Box Office for the General Public will be open beginning Monday, March 5, 2012 at the Pella Christian High School office. Reserved Tickets are $5.00 for Adults and $4.00 for children. PCHS high school students have one free admission with their Activity Pass, but still need to reserve their specific seat once the Box Office opens. For the convenience of the Box Office staff, Cast and Crew members (only) may use the following reservation form for their advance ticket reservations. This should be submitted by March 2, to be assured of good seats in the house as the following week the Box Office will be open to the general public. ALL RESERVATION SALES ARE FINAL! As you make your decisions, please be as accurate as possible as refunds and/or switching evenings WILL NOT be honored. All reservations need to be paid in full before any seat will be pulled! Once this form has been submitted, a check needs to be given In Full (for all seats) to Mr. Van Peursem in Room 214. This needs to be done as soon as possible after the form has been submitted for the reservation to be honored! Make checks payable to Pella Christian High School. Seats will not be pulled until a check is received. This form can be submitted at any time, even after the Box Office opens to the public.
