On Tuesday March 9 cheerleaders will meet in my room right after school and then leave for Jefferson place. This is a really good opportunity to get involved in our community and to show the elderly that we care enough to take a few minutes to share what we do with them.
Again, they asked us to come which should make you feel pretty important already. We will cheer and spend time with them for about 30 minutes. After that we can hang out or go our separate ways until our awards dinner.
Please wear your red hot shirts and black cheerleading/drill team pants. If you do not have those then you can wear any red shirt and any black warm-up type pants.
The awards dinner will be on Monday March 22 at 6:30 in the commons. You and your parents can sign up to bring something for our potluck dinner. I will have a sign up sheet in my room or parents can email me.
Usually the cheerleaders wear nice/dressy clothes for banquets.
