Tulip Time in Pella is Thursday to Saturday, May 4-6 and there are a variety of ways to catch Pella Christian in the festivities:

Pella Christian Marching Bands

The Pella Christian High School marching band will perform during the Thursday afternoon (2:30pm), Friday evening and Saturday evening parades (8:30pm).

The South Central Iowa Christian School marching band (including Pella Christian middle school band students) will perform during the Thursday evening (8:30pm) and Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon (2:30pm) parades.

K-5 Parade Marching

Pella Christian Grade School students in grades Kindergarten to 5th grade walk through all three afternoon parades depicting the children of the Hollanders bound for Pella. Students and their teachers are decked out in Dutch costumes while singing “We are the kids from Pella, Iowa.”

PCHS Eagle Boosters Concession Stand

The Eagle Boosters of Pella Christian High School invite you to stop by their concession stand during Tulip Time located at its usual spot (E. 1st & Franklin) for some great food including Dutch spiced beef, Pella bologna, cotton candy, snow cones, an assortment of drinks, and the delicious Dutch Stack (Dutch spiced beef, Pella bologna, and Gouda cheese). We promise to satisfy your appetite and thirst while you support PCHS!

Tulip Time Parking Fundraiser

Get prime Tulip Time parking and support Pella Christian Athletics!

Pella Christian Schools Athletic Teams will be selling PCGS parking spots for $10 on a first come first serve basis as a fundraiser during Tulip Time starting at noon on Thursday and Friday (following student pick up time) and throughout the day on Saturday. Various Pella Christian Athletic Teams will be collecting fees at the entrance of Hazel and Franklin Streets.

Parents dropping off band students should enter and exit Hazel and Franklin Street. There will be no charge to grade and high school staff, high school band students, or parents of middle school band kids with parking pass or school identification. Free will donations by families will be appreciated.
