Student Forms
Iowa law requires students to provide necessary forms prior to the first day of school. Below are listed the ages and forms required. New students to Pella Christian are required to provide all previously required forms in addition to their grade level.
Iowa forms must be used for those joining Pella Christian from out-of-state.
