CAMPAIGN for IMPROVEMENTS and UPGRADES
at PELLA CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL
It is an exciting time for Christian Education in Iowa! There is anticipation of growth and increased usage of our facilities. The high school campus is now 15 years old and in need of some key infrastructure upgrades. These upgrades add up to a total of $1.5 million.
Vermeer Auditorium – The auditorium is used for chapels, plays, concerts, and other events. The upgrades include new LED lighting, new sound equipment, and new audio/visual equipment.
PC Stadium – The stadium is used by the area grade schools and PCHS for football, soccer, track and field, marching band, and dance. The field turf is well beyond its expected lifespan and must be replaced. The retaining walls on both sides of the field are leaning and must be rebuilt. The track surface is severely cracked and needs to be resurfaced.
